This webinar series is designed for those who coach professionals, managers, executives and other leaders, and would like to use the Assess suite of assessment tools in a coaching context. As part of the 3-part series, you will learn:
- An abbreviated, targeted version of our Assess Development Certification for the coaching professional focused on using the Assess suite of assessment tools in a one-on-one coaching context.
- Increase your understanding of Assess, including personality-based assessment, intellectual abilities, 360 degree feedback, and our new Focus 360 degree progress indicator.
- Learn how the Assess personality profile scales interact for whole person understanding.
- Improve your ability to effectively integrate Assess data for targeted development.
- Learn how Assess Comparison Plots assist you in coaching leaders on how to best manage and coach their own people.
- Know the general competency models available to you in your coaching engagements.
- Sessions will include a mix of lecture, case studies, virtual group exercises, and study/homework between sessions. All three sessions must be completed in sequence for certification.
- Make-up sessions are available throughout the year.

- Become certified to use our Strategic Success Modeling process (SSM) to develop or adapt high quality custom competency models.

- Utilize competency-based Assess selection reports and structured interviews to facilitate hiring candidates who best fit the model of success.
- Utilize competency-based Assess development reports and 360 degree feedback reports to help current employees target strengths and gaps in relation to important competencies.
- Receive SSM Software, SSM Facilitation Guide and presentation materials.
Sessions will include a mix of lecture, discussion, case studies and group exercises.

This 3 session, facilitator-led virtual seminar is designed for HR professionals, hiring managers and anyone directly involved in the selection process who wants to ensure their selection process reflects best practices and operates efficiently. As part of this 3-part series you will learn:

- Tips and techniques for finding the best candidates in the applicant pool
- How to leverage your resources and time to focus on the top candidates
- Do's and Don'ts of using assessments in hiring
- How to make behavioral interviewing a good experience for you and the candidate
- How to make the best hiring decisions and how to on-board your new hire successfully
