Selection Process Best Practices Seminar * 3 virtual sessions

This 3 session, facilitator-led virtual seminar is designed for HR professionals, hiring managers and anyone directly involved in the selection process who wants to ensure their selection process reflects best practices and operates efficiently. As part of this 3-part series you will learn:

• How to define success and attract the right candidates
• Tips and techniques for finding the best candidates in the applicant pool
• How to leverage your resources and time to focus on the top candidates
• Do’s and Don’ts of using assessments in hiring
• How to make behavioral interviewing a good experience for you and the candidate
• How to make the best hiring decisions and how to on-board your new hire successfully

Sessions will include a mix of lecture, case studies, virtual group exercises and study/homework between sessions. All three sessions must be completed in sequence for certification. Make-up sessions are available throughout the year.
